ABOUT BOOKING A PRIVATE PARTY! :D
BOOK YOUR EVENT AT THE STUDIO!
* BREWS At the studio we have a wide selection of loose leaf tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. We also stock a variety of Athletic Brewing Co non alcoholic beer and La Croix sparkling waters. We do not supply alcohol, but you are welcome to bring any you would like! We have bottle openers and glasses at your disposal. We also have all the fixings, including homemade vanilla extract, marshmallows, and Penzy spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and cocoa powder so you can concoct your perfect brew!
* SNACKS We do not provide any food as a part of the workshop, but what’s a party without snacks?! XD You are more than welcome to bring any food you like to the studio! We supply plates, napkins and serving utensils that you have to use as you would like.
* LOCATION The studio is located at 2525 Industrial Blvd, above the Sandbar where the beauty school used to be.
* HOW MANY The studio comfortably seats 6, but can squeeze 8 for those who don’t mind getting a little extra cozy. We do however have supplies for up to 12 people and for any groups larger than 8, we can come to you! In those cases, the booking party would need to secure an alternate location of their choosing.
* BOOKING YOUR PARTY You only need 4 participants to book your own party! Booking your own party gives you the flexibility of choosing the date, and the project! You can see all available projects under the “Project Gallery” on our website and choose from any of those. When you are ready to book, contact the studio at ashley@littlecabinstudios.art to check date and time availability. Once details are confirmed you will be directed to purchase the base reservation that is good for up to 4 people for the studio. Any additional participants will need to book through a single add on ticket. Cost per person is the same $52.50 after tax as booking our regularly scheduled events. There is no discount for larger groups, but there is also no additional fee for a private reservation. The benefits are being able to pick your date/time and project, and of course your painting companions.
BOOK YOUR EVENT AT AN ALTERNATE LOCATION!
* ALTERNATE LOCATIONS For those who have a larger party than the studio can accommodate, we can come to you! We have supplies for up to 12 people and would love to host your event.
A couple places that we have held Brews & Brushes that would be great to consider: Forbidden Peak conference room ($50/hr), Pederson Hill Farm gazebo (call for pricing, seasonal). Other places that would be a great fit: Alaskan Brewing Co conference room ($25/hr), either Heritage location (free, but first come first serve), any of the other great breweries/distilleries/coffee shops/tea houses in town (call for pricing, availability).
Beyond these establishments, other places to consider: if someone in your group has access to a school where the commons area or a classroom could be used, a church that has a conference room, a conference room at someone’s place of work that could be used. Anywhere that has enough seating with appropriate room for each person’s supplies at a table, has appropriate lighting, and access to clean water and a place to dump water after the workshop.
* BREWS & SNACKS Availability will vary from location to location. Please confirm with your desired location the availability of food and drink and if patrons are allowed to supply their own during an event.
